Sarah Jean Horton, a beloved member of the Rockaway Beach community, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at the age of 39. Her passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Born on a sunny Sunday, May 5, 1985 in Iowa City to John Horton and Tamara (Bonebrake) Horton.

Sarah was a cherished daughter, sister, and friend who endeavored to make the world a better place with her unyielding positivity and warmth.
