Michael Lewis Son of the late Estill and Artie Humes Lewis, Michael Lewis was born on October 15, 1952, and passed away peacefully at home on July 27, 2025. He is survived by his two sons, Jeremy Lewis and Chris Lewis; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Michael was preceded in death by his sisters: Anna Lewis Summers, Mae Lewis Goodwin, and Judy Lewis Helton. He retired from the Kentucky Department of Revenue in Frankfort and was a devoted member of First Baptist Church.
