Kimberly Ann (Mounce) Hutt

Kimberly Mounce-Hutt, 63, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and love.

She is survived by her husband Kenny, and son Jordan; daughter, Misti Houghton (Mark); grandchildren, Matthew and Micah; sister, Robin Mounce-Brown (Paul), and countless extended nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Sara Hutt, and sister Sherri Herald.

Kim dedicated much of her life to serving others. She spent the majority of her career in the medical field, where she touched countless lives with her care and commitment. Later in life, she followed her heart and pursued her passion for workihg with children as a preschool teacher at Holy Family School, before retiring from Kiddie Kampus Child Development Center.

Kim was known for her gentle spirit and her ability to see the good in everyone and evedrything. Her warmth, patience, and unwavering positivity left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, colleagues, students, and all those whose lives she brightened.

A Memorial service will be helld on October 11, 2025 at Holy Family Church, 3938 Poplar Level Road, Louisville, Ky 40213. Memorial Mass at 10:00 am with Reception following at 11:00 am.
