John Robert Kaelin

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of John Robert Kaelin, a beloved husband, father, veteran, and cherished member of the Louisville community. John passed away on Wednesday, February 26th, 2025, at the age of 77.

John was born on Friday, August 22nd, 1947 to Karl Kaelin and Lillian (Weatherwax) Kaelin. He spent his life exemplifying the virtues of dedication and service, both in his personal life and as a proud member of the U.S. Army. His commitment to his country and his community will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

John leaves behind his devoted and loving wife, Anna Kaelin, who stood by his side throughout his life’s journey. The strength of their union and shared life together continues to be a testament to enduring love and partnership.

The arrangements for John are entrusted to B&G Mortuary Service.

Rest in peace, John. You will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
