Franklin Thomas Lewis Jr., 72, of Louisville, KY, entered into eternal rest on March 26th 2024.

Franklin better known as Frankie Jr. or F.T. was born on December 23, 1951 to the blessings of Franklin Thomas Lewis Sr. and Birdie Marie Butler-Lewis

After being educated at Manley Junior High School, He married his sweetheart, Marilyn Love-Lewis on September 13th, 1969. They went on to have five children, Nicole Lewis-Long, Angelique Lewis-Mitchell, Franklin Thomas Lewis III, Tawaiin Lewis, and Courtney Lewis.

Frank Jr. Lived in Philadelphia, PA and made Louisville, KY his last residing home. Frank Jr. worked for the Louisville Metro Dept. of Sanitation for 25 years until retirement.

He spent his time bowling and watching the Dallas Cowboys football team.

Frank Jr. was preceded in death by both parents, siblings Charles Lewis and Patricia Robinson Reeves; daughters Nicole Lewis-Long (John) and Courtney Lewis. He is survived by brother John H. Robinson, daughter Angelique Lewis-Mitchell (Anthony), sons Franklin Thomas Lewis III, and Tawaiin Lewis, a host of Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.

Timothy 4: 6-7 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the faith.

A private Memorial Service will be held for the family on April 6th, 2024 at 1pm.
