Donna was born May 9, 1946 in Louisville, Ky to Paul and Frances Collins. Donna is survived by three daughters Connie Jackson of LaGrange, Ky. Michelle McKenzie of Louisville, Ky and Rhonda Breeck of Carrolton, Ky. The family has chosen cremation and no services have been planned at this time.
