Deborah Jane (Smith) Duncan

Deborah Jane Duncan, 66, passed away January 30, 2026.

Debbie was a devoted mother of two who cherished her role as Nannie with immense joy. She reveled in family gatherings, flip flops, and the warmth of summer. Before health issues gently guided her to slower paths, summer days found her poolside, basking in the sun's golden glow, grilling out or sitting on the porch talking with friends. Debbie's legacy shines brighter as we remember her love and laughter. Preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Smith (Drake). Her spirit lives on through her two children, Tiffany Smith and Nick Duncan, Nick’s father Wallace Duncan, her grandchildren Ja’Niya Patsy, Bryant, Amari, Neiheya, Keasia, Natasha and Deryah, her loving partner, Wayne Foreman, her Father Joseph Smith, siblings Stacy Nichter (Chris), Kristi Taylor, Jodi Bishop, and Brent Smith (Shane), beloved nieces and nephews Michael, Alexis, Austin, Shelby, C.J., Ryan and Waylon and eight great nieces and nephews who adored her.
