Charles Ray Singer

Charles Ray "Harley Charlie" Singer, 82, passed away on March 7, 2025, in Hillview, Kentucky. Born on July 5, 1942, in Louisville, Kentucky, Charles lived a life filled with love, faith, and an unwavering dedication to his family and community.

Charles was a devoted husband to his beloved wife of 40 years, Mary "Monkee" Singer. He was a proud father to Doug (Diane) Singer, Michael (Tonya) Singer, Tina Miller, Carrie Woods, and Jennifer (Tom) Calhoon.  Along with his partner in crime Erica Alcorn. His legacy continues through his many grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. He was predeceased by his daughter-in-law Tonya Singer and son-in-law Steve Wood.

A man of deep faith, Charles loved the Lord and found great joy in spreading the word of God. His home was always open to the neighborhood, offering warmth and kindness to all who entered. He had a generous spirit and was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need. As the backbone of his family, he provided unwavering support and guidance through every challenge and triumph.

Charles had a passion for Harley Davidsons and spent many years as an avid rider. He also enjoyed attending car shows and sharing his enthusiasm for classic automobiles. Family time was precious to him—whether it was watching movies together or indulging in junk food, he cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. Known for his love of peanut butter and pinto beans, he embraced life's simple pleasures with gratitude.

Respected by his community and adored by those who knew him, Charles leaves behind a legacy of kindness, faith, and devotion. Heaven has welcomed him home, where he can now ride with the angels. May his memory bring comfort to all who were blessed to know him.
