Bradley Main Obituary

Bradley Alan Main, age 29, beloved son of Lenny and JoAnne Main, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 7, 2025, surrounded by his family and loved ones.

Born on January 14, 1996, Bradley was raised in New Albany, Indiana. He was employed as an electrician and was a dedicated member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 369. Bradley was a passionate, self-taught guitarist and an enthusiastic admirer of Blues and Country music. He enjoyed fishing and had a deep affection for animals, especially his dog and companion, Chloe.

On the afternoon of Monday, December 8, 2025, in accordance with Bradley’s wishes, a ceremonial Honor Walk was held to honor his selfless decision to become an organ donor. Surrounded by family and hospital staff, this procession provided an opportunity for all present to pay tribute to Bradley’s courage and selflessness and brought dignity, significance, and a sense of purpose to an otherwise difficult moment. Bradley’s legacy will continue through the lives of those he helped save.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Roy Day and Marcella Day, and Bill and Mable Main.

Bradley is survived by his father, Lenny Main; his mother, Joanne Main; aunts Connie (Bobby) Hentrup, Vickie (Kelvin) Jones, Cheri (Chauncey) Romine; Janet Bennett, and Joyce (Steve) Lynch; uncles William (Nilia) Main, Jr., Mike (Veronica) Main, and Steve Day; the love of his life, Savannah Lewis, and numerous cousins.

A visitation and memorial service in honor of Bradley will be held on Monday, December 15th, 2025 at St. Mark’s Church, located at 222 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana.
