Belkis Ruiz Velázquez, 74,passed away on January 20th 2025. Born on May 09th 1950 , in Las Tunas, Cuba to Rafael Ruiz Mastrapa & Delia Velázquez . Survivors Include her children Zeidelys De La Rosa Ruiz (Juan Anzardo), Javier De La Rosa Ruiz (Yoyma Ginarte) , Leonardo Alberto De La Rosa (Maida Arevalo). Her grand children Elizabeth De La Rosa, Ramiro Ramirez De La Rosa, Christian Santiesteban , Leonardo De La Rosa Jr, Belisa Ramirez , Melanis De La Rosa, Niurkaalic Anzardo, and Melodis De La Rosa. She was a loving mother , grandmother , sister and daughter. Which we will always remember her, for the love that she gave and received."
