Betty Francis (Farris) Black 80 of Louisville, Ky passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Norton Downtown Hospital in Louisville, Ky Betty was born December 19, 1942 in Edmonson Co., Ky to Albert and Faye Farris. Betty graduated from UK and later on U of L, She worked several years as a counselor for seven counties. Bett is survived by her daughter Karen Smith. The family has chosen cremation and services will be at a later date.
