William Gerald Clifford, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away at his home surrounded by family, on March 8, 2026. William was a lifelong resident of Louisville and a hardworking man who spent many years working at Sealtest, Prairie Farms, and Dean's loading milk and ice cream onto delivery trucks. He was known by those who loved him as a kind, loving, and funny man who enjoyed life's simple pleasures and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jo Clifford. William is survived by his four children: William Clifford (Leslie), Faith Baugh, April Abrams (Danny), and Holly Rivera (John). He had 2 fur-babies Molly and Val who he truly cherished. He was a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren: Amber, CeraJo, Tabitha, Will, Erin, Isaiah, and John Michael. He was also blessed with three great-grandchildren: Hazel Grace, Everett, and Osyrus. Outside of work and family life, William enjoyed role-playing video games, creating and painting fantasy and comic book character figures that were one of a kind and was a fan of superheroes. His favorites included Batman, Spider-Man, and Hellboy. His humor, warmth, and love for his family will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him. William's memory will live on through the many lives he touched.
