Stephen D Vancil, 53 of Louisville, Ky passed away February 10, 2024. Stephen was born in Plantation, Florida December 12, 1970 to David and Sandra Vancil. David was a Navy Veteran and servred his country with pride. Davis is survived by his father and brother from Alabama. The family chose cremation for David and had him sent back home to Alabama.
