Marsha Lee Davidson, 73, of Louisville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, September 15 in Louisville, KY. She was born on May 23, 1953 to Mary Louise Cox Davidson and Thomas Kessack Davidson in Louisville, KY. She graduated from Atherton High School and attended the University of Louisville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Pete and Pat Davidson, her sisters Merilynn Page and Margaret DeGeorge, and nephews James McGill, Robert McGill and Thomas DeLuca.

She was survived by her daughters Melissa James (Stephen) and Amy McClendon (Chad), her brother Bill Davidson, her grandsons Dash James and Travis and Luke McClendon, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and her long-time partner and devoted caregiver Jim Settles.

Her family is grateful to the Hosparus Healthcare staff, Lisa Spalding with Adult Protective Services, John Valentine with the Jefferson County Attorney's Office and especially Emily Davidson.

A funeral mass for Marsha will be Thursday, October 8th at noon at St. Leonard Catholic Church 440 Zorn Avenue Louisville, KY with inurnment at 2:00pm at Resthaven Memorial Park. Please join the family at 256 Pennsylvania Avenue Louisville, KY on Saturday, October 10th after 1:00pm to gather with her family and friends.
