In Loving Memory of Kenneth Wayne Watts

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ken, a devoted father, talented barber, musician, and friend whose larger-than-life personality left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Ken spent many years as a barber, building not only successful barbershops but also lasting relationships with the countless people who sat in his chair. He took pride in his work, and his warm personality, quick wit, and easy conversation made every visit memorable.

He believed life was meant to be lived to the fullest. Whether he was riding fast motorcycles, turning up his favorite music, or sharing one of his famously terrible dad jokes, Ken had a way of bringing energy and laughter wherever he went. He never met a bad joke he wouldn't tell, and his unmistakable laugh always followed close behind. His love for music was a defining part of his life. Always in the mood for a great song, he even played bass in his own band for several years, creating memories that he cherished and friendships that lasted a lifetime.

Ken also had a special place in his heart for animals. There was always a beloved dog by his side, and the bond he shared with his faithful companions reflected the kindness and loyalty that defined his character.

Above all, Ken’s greatest legacy is his family. He was the proud father of Alexis, Jaxxon, and Makayla, who will forever carry his love, his spirit, and the many memories they shared together. Though he is no longer with us, his adventurous heart, contagious laughter, and love for life will continue to live on through them and through all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Ken was preceded in death by his beloved parents.

He is survived by his three children, Alexis, Jaxxon, and Makayla, a grandson, Zane, and many extended family members, dear friends, and all those whose lives were enriched by his friendship, music, humor, and generous spirit.

As we mourn Ken’s passing, we also celebrate a life that was lived boldly, authentically, and with a full heart. His laughter, his music, and the joy he brought to others will never be forgotten.
