Joseph M. Jordon, 79 of Uniontown, PA, passed into the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, (2 Corinthians 5:8) surrounded by his family on the evening of Feb 26, 2024 in Louisville, Kentucky, after losing his battle with cancer.

Joe was born on February 15, 1945 in Uniontown, PA. He is survived by his wife Sharon; daughters Katrinia Reppen (Peter) and Joelle Jordon of Louisville, KY; grandchildren Ashley Ford and Nathan Ford; brother John Jordon (Rena) of Toledo, Ohio, sisters JoAnn Jordon of Uniontown, and Julia Keenen (Shawn) of Morgantown, WV.  Joe was preceded in death by his mother JoAnn Jordon and his father Joseph.

Joe served in the US Navy in airplane maintenance and was stationed in Guam during the Vietnam War. Joe worked in numerous coal mines in Southwestern Pennsylvania, and did other work in that area as well. He retired at age 65.

Per his wishes he was cremated and a celebration of his life will take place at a yet to be determined date.
